Weatherproofing & Structural Integrity:

• Multi-Layer Sealing: Features dual seals on the frame back and door surround to actively prevent water ingress and minimise air leakage, achieving tested air-tight performance.
• Enhanced Construction: Structural integrity is ensured by grinding all welds flat and smoothing all corners of the frame and door, providing durable, completely flat surfaces that maximize seal effectiveness.
• Insulation Core: The door cavity is filled with Foil-backed PIR insulation (Polyisocyanurate), providing exceptional resistance to water vapour and high thermal efficiency.

Material & Finish Protection:

• Fabrication: Constructed from durable $0.9 \text{mm}$ Zintec steel with a galvanised hinge rod for maximum corrosion resistance in outdoor conditions.
• Triple-Coat Finish: Each panel receives a comprehensive protective coating process: primed with an electrostatic rust inhibitive powder coat, followed by a final RAL 9010 White satin powder coat top finish.
• Performance Guarantee: These combined protective measures guarantee the long-term, sustained performance of the panel even in the most extreme conditions.
